Moria was the victim of mass genocide more than a millenium ago, and has only just begun to show signs of life to the outside world. A small city is being built along the Lacrima River, not far from the outskirts of where one of one of the most flourising cities of Moria once stood. Time and weather has deteriorated much of the world, but there is knowledge and magic still to be found in the cracks and crevices of Moria where it has been protected from the elements throughout the years.
